The W Hotel
Denver, Colorado
The four-star W Hotel is a 12-story high-rise which includes a mixture of 244 hotel guestrooms, as well as 16 luxury for-sale condominiums.  The project also includes a conference center, underground parking, a restaurant, and retail space.  Additionally, the project will include a hip rooftop bar and pool on the sixth floor, which includes dramatic lighting throughout the space.

Hyatt Regency Denver at Colorado Convention Center
Denver, Colorado
The Hyatt Regency Denver at Colorado Convention Center was Denver’s tallest building in 20 years. The 37-story tower contains 1,100 guest rooms, 60,000 square feet of meeting space, a 300-person full-service restaurant, a coffee shop, and a first-floor bar. On the 27th floor, a lounge offers mountain views. An underground parking garage accommodates 600 cars.

Winter Park Mountain Lodge
Winter Park, Colorado
Winter Park Mountain Lodge underwent a significant renovation and expansion which included the addition of 100 rooms.  The project also included the addition of a new dining area, a new retail area, and modifying the pool area. M.E. GROUP also provided project management which included land acquisition negotiation.

Hotel Palomar Denver Tech Center
Denver, Colorado
The Hotel Palomar is a new $75 million, 200-room hotel in Denver’s Greenwood Village. The hotel is part of a 17-story office tower and includes 10,000 square feet of meeting space, as well as a restaurant and bar. The hotel will be a key component of Greenwood Village’s “Village Center at Arapahoe Station”, a mixed-use, transit-oriented development.

Westin Riverfront Resort
Avon, Colorado
Westin Hotel is located within a mixed-use development in Avon, Colorado. The development includes 113 partial-ownership condominiums. Within the development, the timeshare components will consist of the guest units, structured parking, a temporary sales facility, retail space, and pool.
