Walnut Street Town Homes
Denver, Colorado
Walnut Street Town Homes is a private development of 28 luxury townhomes in the heart of Lower Downtown in Denver. This complex, located near Coors field, includes three-story townhouses that feature rooftop decks and dramatic lighting throughout the homes.

Three Springs Mercy Housing
Durango, Colorado
Three Springs Mercy Housing 107 unit multi-family residential complex comprised of both for-sale and for-rent units. The project is a mixture of flats and multi-story 1, 2 and 3 bedroom units. The facility also has a 2,400 square foot community center which includes a computer room, TV lounge, offices, kitchenette, restrooms, mailboxes, and laundry room. Outdoor spaces include a quiet adult garden, children’s playground and utilizes xeriscape landscaping.

Ravello at Briarcliff
North Kansas City, Missouri
Ravello is a 17-acre, 263 condominium development. The development is partially built and when complete will include nine buildings and a clubhouse. This upscale condominium project offers panoramic views and a unique setting with the best of both an urban and suburban setting. The four-story buildings provide secured underground parking and elevator access to the units.

Riverfront Place
Omaha, Nebraska
Riverfront Place is part of a larger urban infill and development site overlooking the Missouri River.  The project consists of 100 condominium residences and 19 town homes in two towers. Parking and private garages are included in each tower. The project is a mixed-use development with restaurant, retail space, parking garage, and a pedestrian bridge that will draw people to the riverfront.

Brent’s Place
Denver, Colorado
Brent’s Place provides 18 affordable, temporary housing units for families who have children receiving cancer treatment at area hospitals.  Energy efficient measures include a geo-exchange system and energy efficient lighting.  Because of a concern for the immune systems of the children receiving medical treatment, special care was given to designing high levels of HVAC filtration and minimizing VOCs throughout the building’s paints and carpets.
