M.E. GROUP is the LEED consultant, MEP designer and commissioning agent for this Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity contract. As a subconsultant to a HNTB-Black and Veatch joint venture, the project includes complete architectural and engineering services, including facility assessments, BIM, energy audits for the design and construction of National Guard projects throughout the nation.

Fort Carson Band Training Facility and Solider Family Assistance Center
Colorado Springs, Colorado
The band training facility and assistance center, 11,000 square feet and 13,000 square feet respectively, are new facilities for the Army band and community center. The band building includes rehearsal, recording studios and offices. The community space includes offices, a large community room, smaller meeting rooms, and a day care.

Camp Robinson Army Aviation Support Facility
Little Rock, Arkansas
The Army Aviation Support Facility at Camp Robinson is a 189,000 square foot facility. It will be used for storage, maintenance and operations of Arkansas Army National Guard Black Hawk helicopters. When completed, the facility will span the breadth of two football fields and serve as offices and a home base for the Arkansas Army National Guard's aviation brigade and helicopter fleet.

Grand Island Army Aviation Support Facility
Grand Island, Nebraska
The Grand Island Army Aviation Support Facility includes two buildings. The first building is a 72,000 square foot aircraft maintenance building that houses hangars, administrative, supply, classroom, locker, latrine, and maintenance spaces.  The second building is a 29,000 square foot aircraft storage building.
