Hindu Temple
Omaha, Nebraska
The Hindu Temple of Omaha increased its size from 14,000 square feet to 19,000 square feet.  The renovations and additions included upgrades to the HVAC, interior lighting, communications, fire alarm and security.

Grace and Holy Trinity Cathedral Addition
Kansas City, Missouri
Grace & Holy Trinity Cathedral grew by 15,000 square feet with the addition of a new social hall and offices spaces.  The social hall includes a new multi-use area, dining, classroom and office spaces.

St. Paul United Methodist Church
Lincoln, Nebraska

St. Paul United Methodist Church is a 93,000 square foot building which went through complete renovations and additions.  Areas remodeled include the parlor, dining areas, sanctuary, chapel areas, classrooms, and office spaces.  The addition included a family life center (multi-use facility, locker rooms, and gymnasium), and an underground parking facility.

First Baptist Church
Denver, Colorado

First Baptist Church is located across from the Colorado State Capitol. The church received a State Historical Fund grant to repair some structural components to the building, upgrade the heating system which includes the replacement of the existing steam boiler with two new high efficiency steam boilers. The existing pneumatic temperature control system was upgraded to a new direct digital temperature control system. A night pre-cooling sequence was added to the sanctuary HVAC system, utilizing the existing ventilation fans in the steeple.
