Ravi most often serves as a Design Principal for projects.  He has in-depth experience and expertise in various architectural & engineering disciplines.  From 1977 to 1986 Ravi taught architectural and engineering graduate level courses at the University of Nebraska-Lincoln.  This experience helped shape Ravi in to the well rounded designer he is today.  Whether it is architecture, electrical engineering or his expertise, mechanical engineering, Ravi is well versed in the past, present and future design strategies.  He prides himself on learning the latest everyday, and is well known as a one of the leaders in the sustainable movement.  Ravi is a LEED (Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design) Consultant for the General Services Administration, National Guard Bureau, Numerous School Districts and Universities, and private clients across the United States.  In addition, he was one of the authors of the LEED-NC 2.2 Exam.

Rick serves as both a Design and Production Principal on projects. He has over 10 years of design and production experience in the Architectural/Engineering industry. Having literally grown up in the firm he has excelled as the fastest growing project manager in the firm. Rick has been recognized for his innovative MEP designs. He is responsible for making design decisions and setting the design foundation on projects.

David works as both a Production Principal and Design Principal on projects.  He has been in the mechanical and electrical engineering field for over 30 years.  During this time he has mastered design, production and project management of projects.  David holds particular expertise in the healthcare and public safety sectors.  He is involved with projects throughout the firm ensuring that designs are effective, thorough, build-able, and cost-effective.

Pete is the firm's Principal in charge of the Denver office. Over the course of his career he has led MEG through numerous successful projects ranging in size from $1 million to $100 million in construction costs. His talent in mechanical design along with his communication and organization skills has made him a client favorite. Pete fosters strong relationships and focuses on client satisfaction. He is responsible for making design decisions and executing projects.

Ray most often serves as Production Principal for projects.  He is one of the original founders of M.E. Group, Inc., his expertise encompasses over 30 years of design and production experience.  He is an expert in cost estimation and determining the build-ability of projects.  Having grown up between Architects and Contractors Ray's knowledge is unparalleled in our industry.  Ray is well known as a mentor to the firm and is ultimately  responsible for ensuring that M.E. Group, Inc.'s designs are thorough, build-able, and cost-effective.

John most often serves as a Production Principal on projects.  He is one of the original founders of M.E. Group, Inc. and has 30 years of design and production experience in the Architectural Engineering field.  He is heavily involved in projects located in the Rocky Mountain and West Regions.  John is an expert in design details and specifications.  He is responsible for ensuring that M.E. Group Inc.'s designs are thorough, build-able, and cost-effective.

Ron serves as both a Design and Production Senior Associate on projects.  He began in the construction industry as an electrical contractor.  He has since been in the design industry for nearly 20 years.  Ron has been recognized for his outstanding knowledge of electrical systems.  He serves as a mentor to our electrical staff and is responsible for making design decisions and setting the design foundation on projects.

Doug is a leader in the firm, focusing on commissioning, project management and construction administration. He continuously strives to improve the firms ability to manage and close out projects successfully. In addition, Doug provides fundemental, additional, & continuous commissioning services to clients across the United States. Doug's background includes architecture, construction management, MEP project management, & campus facility planning.

Andrew is one of the firm's most successful project managers, and has built a reputation among his clients as a talented designer, communicator, and problem-solver.  He has vast experience designing and managing green projects, many of which have pursued and attained LEED Certification.  Andrew is responsible for making design decisions and executing projects for the firm.

Nate provides consulting and training services to clients throughout the nation with a focus on sustainable design, the LEED Program and government incentives for energy-efficiency. He also is responsible for directing business activities for the firm.  Nate holds degrees in business and psychology with specific training in psychology in the workplace and situational leadership.
